we had a such great at this hotel: favourable location and nice staff. location: the venue was not far from osaka, and multiple metro lines. it also was in a business district. it was an excellent hotel, no reason to complain, 100% recommend.

Convenient location near metro, modern and clean, private and quiet rooms, nice Japanese restaurant, good amenities, friendly staff.

The staff was best in managing every request. There were a writing desk and a chair in my a double room, liked it...

The hotel here was excellent, and we enjoyed our stay in a cozy single room with a super comfortable bed along with convenient amenities like a safe, television, and fridge.

Great location, just a few steps from the subway station and surrounded by plenty of food options, both fast food and traditional izakayas. The property is sparkling new and the rooms are very modern and clean with a good value for the price. The staff is polite and helpful, even though the language barrier might be an issue at times.

Many of the staff members don't speak English very well, which made some situations a bit complicated. the elevator only stops on the first floor, which can be inconvenient if you're staying on a higher floor.

The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with suggestions and information.

There were a couple of small issues that detracted from my experience. the pillows were a bit too hard for my liking and I noticed a stain on my comforter.

The hotel boasts an ideal location, just a stone's throw from the subway station and close to various restaurants and stores. the property is conveniently located not far from the center of the city. Guests will appreciate the clean rooms with modern amenities, including a laundry machine. A friendly and helpful staff make for an enjoyable stay. Complimentary perks such as a map printout and directions to subway stations added value.

Some guests were disappointed by a lack of flexibility with regard to early check-in/late check-out options and extras like this.

I had a fantastic stay at Unizo Inn Osaka Kitahama. The location was great, with multiple metro lines nearby. The room was private and quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The amenities in the room were plentiful and everything was clean. The Japanese Diner style restaurant downstairs was a highlight, with delicious food. The staff were helpful, providing maps and subway information when needed. I highly recommend this hotel for its value for money and enjoyable stay.
